Thabantsho Community Radio Station was established on the 03 August 2011 by his excellence Kgoshi Boleu II Rammupudu out of a dire need to promote the culture and tradition of the community of Bakgaga Bakopa as part of the culturally diversified South Africa. It is registered as legal entity with the Department of Social Development – Reg No. 084-776 and registered with electronic Act 2005 broadcasting license in terms of Community Sound Broadcasting Regulations 2006 at 91.0Mhz and spectrum license. The above mentioned station stretches a radius of 100km from Tafelkop, which is 19.9Km from Groblersdal. It covers areas within the following municipalities; Makhuduthamaga, Fetakgomo, Ephraim Mogale, and Tubatse. It is situated at a rural area of Elias Motswaledi Municipality in Sekhukhune District in Limpopo. Thabantsho as a community radio is strategically local to satisfy the needs of the community.
